Hiking Therapy

Hiking Therapy is comforting for the Mind, Soul & Body. Connecting with nature strengthens our immune systems, builds endurance, and releases feel-good endorphins. Hiking is a therapeutic mission for the mind.

The coaching/therapy office can be intimidating. The client may feel overwhelmed and start to withdraw. Departing from the office for the outdoors, while taking in some natural vitamin D can have great results.
 

TWG believes conducting a coaching or therapy session outside the office can lead to more transparency and an unwavering transformation for the client
